THE CLOCK TOWER | RESEARCH AND STORAGE

The Clock Tower was once a marvel to the city: A place of tourism and architectural history to be admired. But after "The Calamity" the top floor of the tower became an outpost for militia groups. The location gave a great tactical advantage to any faction that claimed it. After the fighting in this area of the city started to die out as the body count rose, the latest faction group to occupy it assigned it to be used for research and storage. The high viewpoint didn't hurt the war efforts either.
