"Parla is located on Hanover St. in Boston's Historic North End". Building is a replica of a real world location. The focus was on making my model feel as close as possible to the actual location and to make a grounded replicant that could be placed in a high fidelity game and or film. Emphasis was on realistic proportions, textures, materials, and building out a kit to reuse pieces across the asset.
